Order Confirmation
During the purchase process, once the item has been added to your cart and you've completed the checkout process and you place an order with Cargo Commute & Carry, we’ll pre-authorize your card, but no payment will be taken at this stage. If your bike, trailer, scooter or accessory is coming directly from one of our suppliers, we will verify with them that the product is in stock and ready for immediate shipping. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll process your payment and prepare the order for dispatch. We hold a range of products in stock at our warehouse, however as a precaution we'll still only pre-authorise the payment until stock levels are confirmed.
If there are any issues, such as the item being on backorder, or out of stock, we’ll cancel the pre-authorization and promptly notify you with updates or alternative options or an expected re-stocking date of the product. This sometimes happens when multiple customers are attempting to purchase the final few items of stock!
If you mistakenly input the wrong information, name, email, delivery address etc, and have already submitted the order, please contact us so that we can rectify on support@cargocommutecarry.com and one of our team will assist.
Delivery
We offer free delivery on a wide range of products, any delivery charges will always be noted at checkout, if none are present, your product is eligible for free delivery. Different products due to many variables often have different delivery times, please check the website for information. Once your product has been dispatched you will receive delivery information and our partner courier may get in touch with you to organise the best delivery date and time.
Special Delivery
If you have requested a special delivery service, such as home assembly (offered on some products) please specify this at the checkout. One of our team will be in touch to discuss the next steps for this particular service and arrange a date and time suitable for you.
